BioTek Instruments, Inc. Expands Presence in Latin America

September 17, 2007, WINOOSKI VT, USA—Pursuant to their global growth initiatives, BioTek Instruments announces the expansion of their coverage in the Latin American region. Mr. Carlos Montero, a certified microbiologist, joins the BioTek team as a Product Specialist, and will travel extensively within the entire Latin America region to provide technical, educational and sales support to researchers as well as BioTek's existing distribution network within the area. "Carlos is a natural fit into our organization, with extensive immunoassay experience and a solid microplate instrumentation knowledge base," commented Jean Andre De Bedout, Contract Sales Manager at BioTek.
