Dear Valued Customer,

We are currently in the process of updating our STA Compact® Reference Manual and would like to bring your attention to an important change in section 7.4.9.2, which refers to cancelling a calibration order.

Please amend section 7.4.9.2 of the Reference Manual with the following:

“RISK OF WRONG RESULTS
Do not cancel a calibration that is in progress.
Only cancel a calibration if it has not yet been launched or if it is finished.
When cancelling an existing calibration, it is mandatory to rerun the calibration controls and make
sure that the ISI value is the correct one without further cancellation.”

In the interim, please use this letter as documentation of this change and implement immediately. You will be receiving notification when the new Reference Manuals are released.
